Nessebar
Wander around the ancient town of old Nessebar set with its picturesque harbour. Old cobbled streets it’s a chance to step back in time with its 40 churches and ruins which your guide will bring back to life. It’s one of the most picturesque towns on the Southern Black sea coast. In the afternoon move a little further round the coast to one of the biggest beach resorts in Bulgaria Sunny beach with 8 kilometers of sandy beach. Bars, shops, restaurants and beach you name it there’s plenty to do in your own free time.
River Danube
Pass by traditional villages, amazing countryside and beautiful fields of sunflowers by coach. Be entertained by a local folklore group as you relax and enjoy your lunch. What better way to explore Northern Bulgaria in the afternoon but on a river boat in true romantic style as you sail down the famous river Danube which borders Bulgaria and Romania. Sail the river and have the feeling this country just got bigger.
Balchik/Cape Kaliakra
The coach will drive you north to the small town of Balchik to visit the summer residence of the Romanian Queen Maria. The residence is situated among lavish greenery in enormous Bothanical Garden with a great variety of flowers, plants, shrubs, trees and the largest collection of cacti on the Balkan Peninsula. Drive further north to the cape of Kaliakra and see the remains of mediaeval Bulgarian fortress. On the way back stop at the Ethnographic House in the small town of Kavarna.
Romania
It’s rustic,rural and most importantly it’s Romania taking you to the Land of Legends and the country of Dracula.Head to the shops and museum in the centre which will tell you the history of this country.Afterwards follow the coast to Nelson’s beach where there’s time for an ice-cream before heading back to the boarder and be one of the few tourists this summer to sample this Eastern Heaven.
Jeep-Safari
Safari…so goody!! Head off road into the forests and terrain of undiscovered Bulgaria.Away from resorts and across the fields and into the open air where only the 4 wheelers can dare to go.Hit camp for BBQ and race back around Varna to home base.

Varna Shopping
Shop till you drop in the cosmopolitan city of Varna the 3rd largest city in Bulgaria. Guided tour by coach of the city then save money in the shops and boutiques treat yourselves and get the presents for back home. Visit the Cathedral with it’s Golden roof top half day spent city sticker style and you still have time to enjoy the afternoon sunshine back in resort.
